This section provides information related to ICD-10, Procedure Coding System (PCS) and Clinical Modifications (CM). ICD-10-PCS is the proposed new procedure coding system that is being developed as a replacement for ICD-9-CM, Volume 3. ICD-10-CM is the proposed replacement for ICD-9-CM, Volumes 1 & 2.
