An updated December 2008 release of ICD-10-Clinical Modifications (CM) is available for public viewing. However, the codes in ICD-10-CM are not currently valid for any purpose or use. The ICD-10-CM files below contain the Diagnosis Code Set General Equivalence Mappings as well as the ICD-10-CM Tabular files.
